Drift Hunters
- W / ↑ – Accelerate

- D / → – Steer right
Ready to leave some rubber on the road? Drift Hunters puts you behind the wheel of a tuned-up machine and lets you turn ordinary corners into spectacular sideways slides. There’s no need to obsess over crossing the finish line first—what really matters is how smoothly you can hold a drift, connect corners, and stack up those valuable points. With responsive controls, customizable cars, and various tracks to explore, every run is a chance to sharpen your skills and create your own perfect drift.
Core Gameplay Mechanics
The heart of Drift Hunters is its drift scoring system. Longer, cleaner drifts earn more points, while keeping the slide going increases your multiplier. Link several corners together and your score can climb quickly. The trick is finding the sweet spot between speed, steering, and throttle control.

Understanding the Environments: Circuit Tracks vs. Open Playgrounds
You can choose from eight circuit tracks: Nishuri, Stadium, Tyshen, Dust, Port, Emashi, Touge, and Forest. Each offers a different rhythm, from technical corners to wide sections perfect for flowing drifts. Forest is a wonderful choice for score hunters, thanks to its long sweeping corners that let you keep a drift alive.
Want to relax and experiment? Head to Docks or City, the two open playgrounds. These areas give you room to practice lines, test cars, and simply enjoy drifting without worrying about a traditional circuit.
Car Upgrades and Mechanical Fine-Tuning
Your garage contains 26 tuneable cars, including the Honda S2000, Dodge Challenger Hellcat, and Porsche 911 GT. Upgrade the turbo, gearbox, brakes, and weight, then fine-tune camber, offset, and brake balance to change how your car behaves. A few adjustments can make a huge difference on the track.
Essential Drifting Techniques for Beginners
Begin by entering a corner with enough speed and turning sharply enough to initiate the slide. Once sideways, counter-steer to keep the car balanced. Then feather the throttle to control your drift angle. Don't worry about massive scores immediately—smooth, controlled drifts are the foundation of better runs.
